  1. Thanks for posting this Donar, it’s a lovely sketch. How long did it take for you to do this? I am working to acquire more sketching skills and find I get nothing done in under an hour.

    • Thanks for the comment Beverley. I did this in an hour and half. I find it is best to sketch small. That way you are not worried about all the minor details and allows you to layout the shot faster and composition tends to be better. Smaller also allows you to do more variations and you get better and faster. This was a 2 pager so it is best to average no more than 30 minutes for an urban sketch per page while you are on location.
